I thought we received a fair price and trade in allowance. Both the sales person (Stephan) and the manager were positive, helpful and patient in dealing with us and giving us road tests of both the RDX and the TL before we made our decision. I thought they went out of their way to locate the car with the color scheme we wanted. However, the process required to say a few nice things about the dealership is way too cumbersome.
